Maybe something feels

off balance

  • Your mind does not slow down

  • You’re trying to maintain a sense of control

  • You hold yourself to high standards but still feel like you’re falling short

  • You feel overwhelmed by your thoughts, emotions, or routines

  • You keep trying to fix it, but things aren’t getting better

From the outside, it may look like you have it all together.
Inside, there is a constant effort to keep it that way.

Meet Nicole

I am a therapist specializing in anxiety, OCD, ADHD, eating disorders, and perfectionism.

I work with children, teens, and adults who feel stuck in patterns that are difficult to manage and hard to shift.

  • My approach to therapy is both supportive and active.

  • I want you to feel understood, and I also help you take a closer look at what is keeping you stuck so we can begin to change it.

  • We focus on building insight into your patterns and learning practical ways to respond differently in your day-to-day life.

Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, and grounded. I will meet you where you are, while also helping you move toward something more steady and sustainable.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) helping patients in-person in Longwood, Florida and virtually in FL, NJ, and VT.
